Hi Larry,

Once again thanks so much for sending out these draft minutes so quickly.

Some corrections:

1. The correct spelling is Lyn Meza.. (I talked with her earlier this
evening.) The others whose names were misspelled (Gil Obler, etc.)
should be corrected throughout the document.

2. Right under 10:10 to 10:30 am ...

I announced that all of my proposals now had co-sponsors-Jamie for #6
and Gary for the others. Since my #6 now has a co-sponsor, it also
should be treated as an urgent matter (Nat had said that the only reason
that he had not included #6 as an urgent matter because it had lacked a
co-sponsor.)

3. On Page 7 under 11:20 e) explanation of proposals: I announced that I
was withdrawing "D".

4. On Page 9, when we were discussing the seating of 6 potential new SC
members: "Mike reported that the bylaws had required that a report be
submitted at the previous StateCom which included info about the MA
census and the diversity of the population and how that would impact our
diversity goals in seating GRP members on StateCom. He referred to the
report that Jamie, the Membership and Diversity Director, had recently
sent to the StateCom. This should be discussed because it related to the
composition of the StateCom, and right now we were discussing the
credentialing of delegates."

5. bottom of p. 9 in reference to Lyn Meza--correct the end of the
description by writing, "She was a former activist with the Labor Party.

6. p. 10, more important details about Lisa Richards--Previously Lisa
had been a member of both StateCom and Adcom and was a major leader of
our Abolish Poverty campaigns.

Thanks,

Mike Heichman
