StateCom,

Dan, you need to take out my explanatory interpolations here and there 
before sending these to National.  These are identified and delimited in 
the minutes by square brackets (  [ ]  ).  I took the liberty of including 
them because I thought it helpful in our own future GRP deliberations to 
point these out as suggestions for future proposals or for general future 
discussion.

I left out an important item in the minutes, so made a correction.

Attached is a copy of the final draft minutes of the 6-29-08 StateCom in 
Fall River.
