Hi Jim,

I went over these points about the vote on the prospective new SC reps
(delegates) in a phone talk with Dan, who clarified my inaccuracy of
reporting in the minutes. That has now been changed in the minutes.

Also, on Dan's reason for leaving at 3:10 pm with Grace, Gary, Jamie, Mike,
and you, Dan explained to me this situation. He did not so communicate that
at the meeting because of the spirit of turmoil resulting in rushed
communication at that point. So that too, Dan and I changed in the
minutes. The only thing I heard him say when he, Nat, and I were
conversing, was his position on Proposals A and I, and his wanting to have
the GRP go to a lawyer within six months, which Nat agreed to do.

On the last matter, we did by consensus admit the six new SC members as of
July 15. This was correctly stated in the abbreviated minutes concerning
actions taken, which Nat and I emailed following the meeting. When I did my
full minutes, I had missed this note that was clearly in my hand written
minutes. Sorry for error in my first version of the draft minutes.
