[statecom] FINAL DRAFT MINUTES of 6-29-08 GRP State Committee Meeting

I have not had time to review these copious minutes (Larry, your hands 
deserve a massage at the end of each meeting!)

We did not, it appears approve the minutes form april 12th and of course, 
these are not yet approved either - And we don't have a report of the Virtual 
statecom meeting eihter of course.   so there is not as yet anyofficial record of 
our proceeding on the seating of the delegation...

Ah, much to do!
