[statecom] FINAL DRAFT MINUTES of 6-29-08 GRP State Committee Meeting

Eli,
I was hanging out with Gary Hicks all afternoon, we ended up in  
Harvard Square, and Nona met me there for dinner. We did not get home  
until almost 10: 00 and did not get through my e-mails until now.

In the course of doing so I came across this one.  Was there a  
response? Is there a final draft that went out?  I need to know, if it  
comes up in connection with other NC matters besides the credentialing.
