To State Committee:

I wish to amend (actually correct) the entry for Howard Weiss.

Howard Weiss (McKinney alternate, already on site in Chicago) will be
replacing Vince O'Connor (delegate not attending) and is a full, attending
delegate as of the end of Thursday afternoon. He will be Brother NorthStar's
proxy.

Jill Stein, who was invited to speak to the 2008 GPUS convention, will
attend after all - and participate in the Saturday voting as long as she can
(Hallett German is her proxy when she is not there).
