[statecom] Adjournment of the Virtual State Committee meeting

As the only facilitator with email contact at the moment,
I am writing to say that we have heard from the co-chair
of the Credentials Committee for the GPUS Nominating
Convention that the deadline for proposing new delegates
has passed (2pm eastern time, today). Since the only purpose
for this meeting has come and gone, it is hereby adjourned.
