[statecom] [GNC] The Credentials Challenge

Dear Members of the GRP Delegation:

I want to thank every member of our party who traveled to the Green 
Convention in Chicago. Whether or not you were a delegate, alternate or 
observer, all of you were representatives of the GRP of MA.

I have a couple of requests.

1. Would Scott and/or others send an "official" report which would 
include all of the "official stuff" (examples-names and contact info of 
all the delegates, alternates, proxies, etc., a roll call of all the 
votes that took place; all of the "official" meetings that were held and 
a report on all decisions that were made; etc.

2. Would every member of the delegation send in a report? It doesn't 
have to be short; it doesn't have to be long; it can say whatever you 
want to share.

Rationale and Purpose:

1. As delegates, none of you represented yourself. You were 
representatives of the GRP of MA. As such, I believe that you have a 
responsibility to send a report and for the party to receive a report. I 
acknowledge that this expectation had not been communicated beforehand.

2. I would think that, for the sake of your memories, that writing the 
report asap would be the best thing to do.

3. I would like for a report to be sent out electronically to our 
members. It also should be part of a future newsletter.

4. I believe that a report should be submitted to the next StateCom 
meeting (my guess that this would take place sometime in September) and 
at the annual convention in November.
