[statecom] Have added new state committee members to statecom and statecom-discuss lists

Hi Merelice,

Since it is now July 17th, what are the actual things that need to be 
decided before we can agree that they be seated?

While I am open to someone else volunteering, if someone would provide 
me with the contact information (e-mail, telephone #), I will volunteer 
to make the phone calls.

Does anything else need to be done?
