StateCom,

In the rush by members of AdCom to get out all our paperwork on July 4, 
after I sent out the document "final draft minutes GRP StateCom 6-29-08 
Fall River.rtf" at 1:40 pm with subject line "FINAL DRAFT MINUTES of 
6-29-08 GRP State Committee Meeting", Dan Melnechuk communicated to me in a 
telephone call that he saw two items involving what he had said at this 
StateCom that he wanted me to change.  I agreed.

After having agreed to that, and after his having made the agreed to 
changes to the document which he was about to ship out to GPUS, I neglected 
to update StateCom with the final draft version.

That final draft version is attached.
