[statecom] [adcom] Fwd: Adjournment of the Virtual State Committee meeting

Merelice- as Elie pointed out, the meetings need to be adjourned by the 
participants   -so iti s not sufficient for the chair to simply anounce it.

I had an open proposal that we do the seating of the credentialed nominees to 
staetcom the way we always have - with a brief description and one at a time 
- presented by each team of nominators.

I would be wililng ot stand aside omy concrn about adjourning hte meeting if 
we have agreement the reamining of the 21 nominees picked up as the first item 
on the agenda of the next statecom meeting... and then the stand meeting 
rules...

Let me know how everyone wants to proceed...
