[statecom] final shipped-to-GPUS draft minutes of 6-29-08 Fall River StateCom minutes

Hi,

I would appreciate it if the final text of any approved proposal is
included in the minutes.  I know Larry is asking the proposal sponsors
to supply it, so I guess my request is to the people who sponsored the
approved proposals.

I know the proposals are up on the proposal page of the web site, but
web pages disappear and if there are any edits, then we need to know
what the the final version of the proposal is.

I would also suggest that any minutes should not be approved without
including the final text of all approved proposals.
