[statecom] Is: Posting adopted proposal final text to statecom list; Was: Re: final shipped-to-GPUS draft minutes of 6-29-08 Fall River StateCom minutes

Hi Jamie,

As of April statecom meeting, sponsors are supposed to get the final  
text of the adopted proposal posted to the statecom list so it is  
archived there and then Larry can add to final minutes. This is not  
official policy yet but needs to be.
