[statecom] preparations for the June 29 State Comm Meeting

Dear Co-Chairs:

Would you please forward this message to Adcom? I do not have posting 
privileges.

I. At the April 12th meeting of the State Comm, we did not receive 2 
reports that I believe that we were supposed to have:

a.Report of the Diversity of the New State Comm Meeting

b. Report on the Racial Diversity of MA

Would these 2 reports be sent out asap and no later than our June 29 
State Comm meeting?

II. Would Adcom come up with a recommendation on what needs to be done 
for those who were mistakenly seated at our  April 12th meeting?

III. Would Larry Ely, our Secretary, please send out the minutes of our 
April 12th meeting asap?

IV. I don't remember who the facilitators are for our June 29 meeting. 
Would the co-chairs assist them in the initiation of all of the 
necessary proceedings for the call of the meeting (call for proposals 
and a place to submit them on the GRP homepage, etc.)
