Thank you for the information.
I regret the delay in the publication if the minutes of the May 25th
meeting. I must also inform all concerned that due to misinformation
circulated by Mike Heichman, I have not only failed to inform the
campaigns of this June 14th deadline for the submission of their lists
of appointed pledged delegates, but specifically gave incorrect
information to people in the McKinney campaign leaving them with the
impression that they have more time to submit their official list.
Fortunately, I did not do so in any
official capacity but only as someone who might be of help in
assisting them.
I am sure that you will have no difficulty in correcting this. And
please do inform others, such as Mike Heichman of the present state of
affairs.
THe timely circulation of applications might be considered helpful in
assisting the State Committee to its decisions, and give informed
approval to the delegation.
