[statecom] carpooling / transportation for 6/29 StateCom meeting

  who has cars? we need names and contact information.
   
  who's going from where? where will people with cars pick up passengers?
   
  who needs a ride? again we need names and contact information.
   
  it will be nice if folks can chip in for fossil fuel, tho' no one should be denied a ride for inability to pay.
