[statecom] Virtual State Committee meeting opening at noon on Saturday, June 14th, to approve delegation to national convention

Hi Folks,

Dan asked me to take over the task of running the Virtual State
Committee meeting that was to open at noon yesterday, June 14th.
Unfortunately, Dan and I were able to confirm this only today, and it
has been a busy weekend for me, what with Father's Day.  I will send
out the start announcement and procedures later today.  I am terribly
sorry for the delay.
