Thank you for responding.  I would like to understand the format of  
the convening.  I need to know the form for submitting the report.  I  
do know the information to be contained therein, but working from the  
list you sent of volunteers who had applied through the GRP, some  
personal statements were missing.
Meanwhile all is well.
