As a delegate from Middlesex, this is the first time that I have  
attended a State Committee meeting of the this kind.
Hence the following questions.
1.  How do we register our presence?
2.  Who is currently participating?  Do we have a quorum?
3.  Who are the co-facilitators?
4.  How will the report of the CDLC be addressed at meeting?
5.  Who is recording the daily minutes?
6.  By when does a quorum have to be gotten in order to proceed?
