[statecom] Luc Schuster has chosen to be an alternate State Committee Representative

Sorry for the delay on this.

I talked with Luc Schuster on Monday, June 16th, and asked him if he
accepted his election as a State Committee member from Middlesex.  He
was concerned that with his responsibilities as a Cambridge School
Committee member he might not have the time to participate as
completely as he should.  He decided that given his commitments it
would be better if he was an alternate State Committee Representative.
 Dan, please update the State Committee member list you keep
accordingly.  Thanks!
