My concerns include but are not limited to the following:

I am concerned that seating an additional 22 members prior to the  
6/29 in person state committee meeting is such a dramatic expansion  
in the number of people currently serving on state com that it will  
prevent us from being able to reach quorum at that meeting. I would  
like to see these proposed new members appear in person at the 6/29  
meeting and, if present, have their names submitted for approval at  
that time.
