Concerns are:

This gives the appearance of a partisan effort to exploit the
vulnerabilities of the online meeting in order to seize additional
convention delegates for a favored candidate.  State Committee should refuse
to allow its meetings to become arenas for partisan manipulation.  We should
play by rules that have been published and made known to all and not allow
insider manipulation to subvert our core democratic principles.


BALLOT: PROPOSAL #2: Limit the purpose of the meeting to approving the
delegate list from presidental candidates, filling any vacancies in
such lists and approving "uncommitted" delegates
