delegate list from presidental candidates, filling any vacancies in
such lists and approving "uncommitted" delegates

The limited agenda proposed does not deal with other important issues 
related to sending a delegation to the national convention including 
funding for those who might not otherwise be able to afford to go, legal 
issues related to release of delegate obligations, and our commitment to 
gender and other diversity criteria in the delegate slate we approve. I 
believe all issues related to our delegation must be on the table and 
refuse to limit it in the way proposed here.
