[statecom] Diversity qualities of the 21 members nominated for the State Committee in PROPOSAL #1

In 2000 at the GPUS convention, one of the candidates was Jello Biafra.  I 
do not think that was his given name.  Rather, I suspect he thought it was 
a cute way of making some sort of what he thought was a Green 
statement.  To be different for the sake of being different.  In the US if 
someone runs for President with the name Jello Biafra, he is bound to get 
very few votes - whether he is black, brown, red, GLBT, straight, poor, 
rich, or whatever diversity criteria you want to add to the list..  Greens 
could use a tad more realism.  This ties is with a general disconnect they 
have with things that are important, such as arriving to meetings on time, 
putting someone in a party post who actually has abilities in that office 
(whatever his or her diversity), etc.
