[statecom] Volunteer as female co-facilitator of special meeting

I have no concerns with Wanda co-facilitating this meeting.
I believe that having two people responsible for the meeting
will improve its functioning, and may help take some of the
burden off of Jamie.

To me it seems like this could be the first order of business.
Wanda has raised some very important points regarding process,
and while we should be mindful of getting this done instead of
spending the next 4 days arguing over email about process, etc.,
we should try to stick to clear process and precedent instead of
making it up on the fly.
