I do not think that this should be treated as a proposal.  I raised this as
a point of order a couple of days ago and have not seen a response.

Once again, the consensus process is being used to waste time and to allow
anti-democratic maneuvers.  I will cast my vote with the understanding that
I do not view this as a legitimate action by the current unelected
facilitator.
