There appears to be a bit of ambiguity around the the difference in
language when dealing with a proposal
and coming to BALLOT and Voting on a proposal.
Directions were not followed in filling out the "delegate choice"
field? What is the difference? Does it really make a difference?
Examples:
*********
BALLOT: PROPOSAL #A: APPOINT WANDA BOEKE AS FEMALE FACILITATOR OF THE
SPECIAL STATE COMMITTEE MEETING
DELEGATE NAME: John Andrews
DELEGATE EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE IF NO EMAIL:
DELEGATE CHOICE: No concerns
*********
BALLOT: PROPOSAL #A: APPOINT WANDA BOEKE AS FEMALE FACILITATOR OF THE
SPECIAL STATE COMMITTEE MEETING
DELEGATE NAME: Ken Selcer
DELEGATE EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE IF NO EMAIL: Kselcer at tiac.net
DELEGATE CHOICE: YES
