Comment:  We are now *two weeks* from the start of the convention.  And no
delegate has yet been told that they have been selected.  This is already a
failure on our part, and every additional day that we delay imposes
additional hardships on delegates.  After this is over, we need to think
seriously about how well our decision-making process if functioning in terms
of making progress on time-critical decisions.
