[statecom] Response to Larry E - I volunteered myself

To Larry E. & State Committee:

In response to Larry's basic query as to how I came forward as possible
co-facilitator, I will simply say that I volunteered without anyone
mentioning or suggesting it to me. I felt Jamie had a heavy row to hoe and I
wanted to offer assistance - as well as get rid of one of my own concerns
which was about how the (usual) facilitation of this virtual meeting didn't
quite get put in place before the meeting went online.

In the 2 emails I sent out (starting: PLEASE READ: NEW TACK...) I try to
find a way through what both this Virtual Meeting and the In-Person meeting
will have to deal with. I also attempted to get us out of conflict mode and
into cooperation mode (for instance by simply not using 'will not stand
aside' or 'blocking concerns' in call for consensus or while discussion is
going on, as per Standing Rules etc.).

Hope I've cleared up dark worries of collusion as well as following rules
(Grace's earlier worry). If we have rules, we should follow them. I suggest
everybody find and read the Standing Rules as well as being acquainted with
the Bylaws (latest version is 2004 website posting).

Wanda
