Wanda and Jamie,
In reply to Jamie's question to me below, I still have concerns, but I
would be willing to step aside from my concerns on Proposal #A (to appoint
Wanda Boeke as female co-facilitator of the special state committee
meeting), provided I hear from each of you (and that you send to StateCom
list as well) that by doing so there will not be a proposal or an action
taken that would retroactively invalidate the vote on Proposal #1, done
under facilitation just by Jamie (with consultation with Dan), before Wanda
volunteered to co-facilitate this special state committee meeting.
Larry
Larry,
Both Wanda and I have attempted to address your concern regarding
choosing Wanda Boeke as a facilitator for this meeting. Does your
concern remain, and if so, would you be willing to stand aside on your
concern?
Thank you,
Jamie
