[statecom] Facilitation to build trust

A reminder:  The statecom at green-rainbow.org listserv is for official
business.    You may recall that several members of the State Committee
unsubscribed to our discussion list precisely because of excessive postings
with this type of commentary.  The volume of emails already exceeds that
which most people can read.  At the very least, keep comments on the
comments list.  It also helps to ask before you post something whether  your
comments need to be posted to everyone, or if they can just as easily be
posted to an individual.  And remember that not every comment is worthy of a
response, although I know its tempting to keep the thread going.

With a little care, we can make sure that the email lists remain useful to
the functioning of our Party.
