[statecom] Followup to our request for the Secretary to post our minority opinion

Thank you Merelice and Nat for responding appropriately ( many more
times than necessary )
to an extremely aggressive, minority. I'm appalled and dismayed that
your energies have become so consumed
by this issue.
There's much more creative, productive business to be engaged in...
