[statecom] next statecom meeting; help needed to spread the word

Greetings,

Dan Melnechuk and I were drafted as the co-facilitators for the April
12 State Committee meeting to be held in Holyoke. Meanwhile Dan has
been out of the state, due back in the next day or so.

Since this official StateCom list probably has not been updated with
the results of the regional convention elections, we need your help in
getting out the word to those who were newly elected. Please send us
(direct to our own email addresses) the names and email addresses
(phone number if no email) of those who need to be notified. Feel
free, also, to let the new reps know directly. My email address is

Meanwhile, we ask the forebearance of those of you who have left the
State Committee until the list is updated. We thank you for serving
and welcome your party participation at the local level and/or on a
working committee.

Further details about the state committee meeting can be found on the
GRP website which is <www.green-rainbow.org> under "Upcoming Party
Events and Meetings."

The usual two-week deadline for proposals is this Saturday, March 29.
There is a link on the website for posting proposals. The GRP also
tries to provide free childcare at the meeting for those who need it.
We appreciate a two-week notice.
