[statecom] [adcom] Explanation for actions

Actually, John's suggestion would remove all members of adcom and possibly
all of CDLC and maybe some statecom members since we have not followed the plan
in numerous ways. These include: not sending letters required, sending
letters in ways against plan specifications. Not holding meetings. Not
communicating through the channels required by the plan. Not treating candidates
equally. Not soliciting all delegates in the equal and transparent means
defined by the plan... Etc.

This suggestion, Gary, does not actually unfairly benefit any subgroup of
adcom...

Yeah, we have wandered from the our own defined processes - Not a good
situation.

And since statecom decisions have already been "defied", I wonder where John
plans to start on the finger pointing...

don't personally recommend throwing the stone, since none of us are
innocent... Grace
