Dan had asked about a legal opinion - Dan has in no way been involved in the
Minority Opinion. He vetted the questions. So there were no sides to this.
The documents the lawyer was given (as listed in his opinion - remember he is
a sworn officer of the court even if he is giving us an internal opinion to
our party - he is legally liable for accurately reflecting the facts):
Bylaws
Presidential Plan
Delegate Selection Plan
The questions asked by the co-chairs to Tassinari and her reply (the link to
Merelice's posting of her reply)
And then he wanted the statements by Brown, Ball & Nader - which I gave him
the links to these as they were posted on their websites and the transcript of
Nader's announcement interview posted on the television's website. And the
link to the email Jim posted from the guy from Nader's campaign.
Remember, this is an elections lawyer who was executive director of a
non-profit Nader started. No sides taken... Grace
