[WB-Discuss] Middlesex County Convention

I'm organizing the 2006 GRP Middlesex County Convention. One of the
main purposes of the convention is to elect representatives to the
GRP State Committee. The tentative date and location for the
convention is Sunday March 26 in Cambridge. In the unlikely event
that a major anti-war rally is scheduled conflicting with the
convention then we would move the convention a week earlier. The
rationale for the Cambridge location is to increase attendance. The
Cambridge area has the highest density of GRP members in the county.
Previous county conventions in Lowell and Waltham have not drawn
large numbers of people.

Does anyone on this list have concerns with March 26 in Cambridge?
Does anyone have an opinion about what time of day the convention
should be? These conventions have usually been held in the
afternoon, but evening might reduce the chance of conflict with an
anti-war rally. Does anyone have any other ideas? Please let me know.
