Republicans hold very few elected positions in Franklin County. (Isaac 
Mass is on the "Town" of Greenfield CIty Council). Here's some of what

OUTREACH COORDINATOR

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Outreach Coordinator position is a Part/Fulltime, exempt employee 
of the Franklin County Republican Club Political Action Committee 
(FCRCPAC).  The position falls within the Resource Development 
Department and reports to the Chairman of the Resource Development 
Committee.  The outreach coordinator works with and supports volunteer 
committees associated with developing and implementing leadership 
giving strategies and programs as part of the FCRCPAC annual campaign.  
The Outreach coordinator supervises the activities of other resource 
development staff assigned to the leadership giving program.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Outreach Coordinator provides leadership and direction to the 
creation of a sustained effort of identifying, soliciting, involving 
and retaining individuals who contribute at any level on an annual 
basis to the FCRCPAC—both as part of traditional membership campaigns 
and as part of new campaign strategies designed to access potential 
leadership clients.  The goal of this position is to successful 
establish a sustainable platform of leadership donors and increase the 
net revenue generated by the annual membership campaign.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Working with the Chairman of the Resource Development Committee, 
create a strategic plan and budget for increasing the number of 
leadership clients.

2. Develop, implement, and track specific programs that will identify, 
solicit and involve, and retain new leadership clients to FCRCPAC from 
non-traditional sources.

3. Create and maintain high levels of client relationship marketing 
techniques that will better serve to solidify stronger ties to the 
client.

4. Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies to 
support leadership giving.

5. Utilize research, analysis, trends, technology, communication 
resources, personal contacts, volunteers, and staff to create lasting 
relationships with individual clients. Understand client desires and 
values and work towards improving the FCRCPAC’s ability to effectively 
respond to those needs and values.

6. As a member of the resource development team, work to integrate and 
leverage relationships with individual clients to improve membership 
campaigns and/or PAC giving opportunities.

7. Continue to establish and build new issue interest sectors that will 
create networks of professional giving clients.

8. Provide general support and leadership to the FCRCPAC campaign and 
other activities the FCRCPAC is involved in to better serve our 
community.

9. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

1. Extensive background in marketing, sales, public relations, and 
customer service.

2. Some College preferred

3. Prior political experience desired with emphasis in relationship 
management

4. Strong organizational, interpersonal and planning skills

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills

6. Experience managing information systems and marketing databases
