A DISCUSSION: the state of the party and organizing
efforts in the Valley.
The Connecticut River Valley Green-Rainbow
Saturday, February 18
Hitchcock Center in Amherst
Noon to 3:00
Directions:
approximately one mile south of the town center on
Route 116 (South Pleasant Street).
The meeting will begin with a potluck meal and
conversation at noon.
A roundtable discussion on the 2006 campaign at 1:00.
Interested Green-Rainbows and friends may attend any
part or all of the meeting.
Possible topics for discussion:
What is happening in your local?
Are there potential candidates for state,
legislative, or local office in your area?
How do you see a statewide campaign linked to issues
important to you?
What would you like the party's candidates to work
on in your area?
Can your local contribute to the 2006 campaign
effort?
The Green-Rainbow Party state committee is exploring a
possible statewide campaign, as it did in 2002, and is
very interested in your reaction to these questions!
Please plan to attend this important meeting, or send
feedback to <rcrowner at hampshire.edu> for inclusion in
a report of the meeting.
