Folks concerned with inadvisable logging in ecologically sensitive state
parks should find news noted below to be of some interest. The park is also
home to Native American artifacts that may also be threatened, along with
core habitats, by the logging.

Disclosed in the note below that is most newsworthy: Arborist Matthew
Largesse shall be featured in a spot on WFCR tonite or tomorrow night to
discuss the logging controversy; and a link to the MetroWest Reminder
feature about a recent press event.

I have been invited to forward this note from an old and dear friend of
mine, Ms. Donna Jago - with whom I have worked in the past against the
Berkshire Power plant and the proposed NRDC monster box mall, and with whom
I now work in conjuction with the Friends of Robinson State Park based in
Agawam.
