Tonight, festivities shall end approximately 9:30 PM

Tomorrow, prime time for signatures at this event would be from 6:00 AM
(when balloons launch) to 1:00 PM when gates open for the paying attendees.
Balloons launch again Sunday at 6:00 AM.

This is at Greenfield Community College, Exit 26 off I-91.
