Safe Fracking!?

The MIT Enterprise Forum is holding a panel discussion on the subject of how to engage in hydraulic fracturing “safely, efficiently, and with as little harm to the environment as possible.” But climate science shows that the only truly safe option for fossil fuels is this: leave them in the ground.

So on Thursday, March 14, 7:00 p.m., the campaign to Beat Back Fracking invites you to a public meeting in the Democracy Center, Harvard Square, Cambridge, ....

to discuss the damage natural gas is doing to the air, the water, the land, and the climate. Come along to learn about the dangers fracking poses to the environment, and what you can do to stop it.
