Sixteen year old Mikayla Miller was found dead tied to a tree with a belt wrapped around her neck in a wooded area near her home in Hopkinton, MA on April 18.

Her death appears to be highly suspicious and it was premature for the Hopkinton DA's office to comment, April 20, that Mikayla's death was "...not considered suspicious" before conducting a thorough and transparent investigation.

The Green-Rainbow Party of Massachusetts demands the same level of investigation that would be conducted if Mikayla were white and the students involved in the earlier altercation were black.

We will be following this case closely along with the public. We expect and demand justice for Mikayla Miller.
