It would help to have access to the 2017 proposed budget as well as the 2016 budget.  It's hard to make suggestions without that context.

It would be informative to know how much money the Stein campaign raised from Massachusetts donors.  If we are given access to that donor list, what fraction of the Stein yield do we think we can produce for 2017?
