Verify quorum (Seat alternates as appropriate)

Appointment of new Statecom members and alternates

Approval of agenda

Approval of previous meeting's minutes

Set time, place, and select co-facilitators for next meeting

10:15am - 10:25am: Endorsements

Francisco White, Boston City Council

Joseph Carvalho, Mayor, Fall River

10:25am - 10:35am: Presentation and ranking of proposals

10:35am - 10:40am-Treasurer's report

10:40am - 11:15am: Chapter Reports

11:15am - 11:45am: Committee Reports 

Will include a Section 7 By-Law Revision Working Group and Report of the Convention Committee

11:45am - 1:00pm: LUNCH

Either bring your own (there is a refrigerator and a sink available) or eat at the many restaurants along Route 20; we will have some sample menus available or you can check out business.intuit.com to plan ahead

1:00pm - 2:00pm: Breakout Meetings

There will be simultaneous meetings including a Membership Role Play and a Training for Phoning Members with the Enhanced Database (among others)

A Green-Flags workshop at 4 PM will be led by Lois and Denis Melican. All GRP members and locals are invited. Come get equipped to  'wave the flag' at demonstrations and rallies where the GRP should be seen and heard!
