Metro-West Chapter
The Metro-West Chapter of the Green-Rainbow Party formed and was officially recognized on April 24, 2020. Business meetings are hosted using the video conferencing service Jitsi. Meetings are scheduled as needed using a Doodle poll. Scheduled meetings can be found listed on the Google Calendar on the bottom of the Green-Rainbow Party home page. The chapter currently has male and female co-chairs, a Treasurer, and a representative to the Administrative Committee. We are looking for a Secretary. We are currently phonebanking members to support Rank Choice Voting, provide mutual aid in response to the COVID-19 crisis, and build the chapter. We recently attended an auto caravan in solidarity with the women of Framingham State Prison and will continue to call upon the Governor to release non-violent offenders who are at a heightened risk of contracting the Coronavirus due to their incarceration.
