In an effort to build the Green-Rainbow Party, 20 active members have committed to working together effectively, building a common strategy out of the many, heartfelt, divergent views and passions. Two workshops were held in February and March, led by Kara Hunter, Executive Director of the YOLO Conflict Resolution Center.

As a result of the growing awareness, two more workshops are planned in the coming months.  Those who were unable to attend the first two sessions can review those discussions with the workshop leader and, if appropriate, engage in future workshops.

All Green loyalists are encouraged by MS Hunter to notice where conflict arises and to reflect on which conflict management style seems to be their default approach.  After all, we are the peace party and must light the way.
