- End selective enforcement of laws, and differential access to legal assistance, in ways that discriminate against racial minorities and the poor --especially ending the shooting of unarmed low income people, in particular, ending excessive force such as the shooting of young Black men.
- The Commonwealth must decriminalize possession and use of drugs, treating substance abuse and addiction as a public health problems. We must eliminate mandatory sentencing and reduce use of incarceration as punishment.
- Eliminate disparities in health care, education, public safety, housing, and other vital measures of social welfare.
- Retain critical public resources and assets. They should not be auctioned off to the highest bidder, or handed to the “free market,” further privileging the wealthy and depriving low-income and middle-class citizens.
